  • AS A COMPANY POLICY WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUND/RETURN ON ANY PRODUCT ONCE SOLD.
  • EXCHANGE/RETURN IS NOT ACCEPTED IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT LIKE THE ORDER, WE BELIEVE THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS ACCEPTED THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & IMAGES BEFORE ORDERING.
  • EXCHANGE/RETURN IS NOT ACCEPTED IF THE PRODUCTS WERE PURCHASED VIA SALES/DISCOUNTS/ OFFERS/ “SAFE WALLET” CREDIT BALANCE.

    2. ONCE ACKNOWLEDGED BY OUR TEAM, PLEASE SEND THE PRODUCT BACK TO US. WE DO NOT HAVE REVERSE PICKUP FACILITY. THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
    3. PLEASE NOTE THE GOODS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL THEY ARE RETURNED TO OUR PREMISES. ANY RETURN IF NOT RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 7 DAYS (DOMESTIC ORDERS) OR WITHIN 15 DAYS (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS) OF DELIVERY WILL BE TREATED AS NON RETURN / NON REFUND SALE.
